The rooms are a nice size with comfy beds and safe. The breakfast is delicious with good choice of dishes. Everyone is really helpful and accommodating and hostess too...

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, room was neat and spotless. The location was marvellous, near a bus stop, if you need it. The area was good, a good base for me.

We loved everything about this place! Amazing room with stylish bathroom, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Exceptional breakfast with various options. Friendly and helpful owners with great tips on where to eat. Convenient location near the airport and shopping facilities. Loved the cats!

Not obvious to find.

I recently stayed at Ascot Place in Port Elizabeth for a week-long vacation. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with stylish bathrooms and hot showers. The owners were friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local restaurants. The breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious, made fresh by the lovely owner. I also appreciated the flexibility of a late check-out to accommodate my afternoon flight. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guest House Ascot Place in PE was a delightful find for our short stay. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had a touch of home. The hosts, Andre and Megan, were incredibly friendly and offered helpful tips for exploring the city. The breakfast served was delicious and generous. We also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool. it was a great value for money and we would definitely recommend staying at Guest House Ascot Place for a memorable experience in PE.

Great pool for relaxing, free and secure parking for my luxury car, and a lovely garden to enjoy the beautiful weather.

Just a small inconvenience, but there were no unicorns roaming the premises. Disappointing, really.

The rooms at this place were big and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast they served was also very good and made fresh, which added a nice touch. I appreciated that the owner allowed me to check out later due to my afternoon flight.

I was unable to join the hosts around their bar for a cold beverage upon arriving late. the room I stayed in was not up to my expectations.
